Administration Manager – Retail Store (40 hrs)

About the role

The Administration Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing all administrative and stock‑related activities for Jet’s retail outlet in Vangate, Western Cape. Working 40 hours per week, you will ensure smooth store operations, accurate reporting and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with stock‑take, stock movement monitoring and store administration.
• Implement risk‑management procedures to minimise stock loss and shrinkage.
• Maintain compliance with all administration, systems and reporting procedures.
• Extract and analyse store reports to evaluate turnover and stock performance.
• Organise and maintain in‑store filing systems and control cash/transactional activities.
• Process customer transactions using the POS system and promote loyalty programmes.
• Uphold store safety, security and visual merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Minimum three years of retail or administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and staying current with fashion trends.

Required skills

• Good administration ability.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
• Planning, organising and strong verbal/written communication.
