Administration Manager – Retail Branch

About the role

Hinterland, an agricultural retail business and subsidiary of Senwes, is looking for an experienced Administration Manager for its Kroonstad branch. The role coordinates and processes administrative procedures in the retail branch so that business processes are recorded and reported accurately, while strengthening stock control and supporting retail operations. The position is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative reporting.
• Authorise and reconcile credit notes.
• Oversee stock control administration.
• Maintain employee documentation.
• Supervise and develop administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

Required profile

• Relevant post-matric qualification.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a retail administrative environment.
• At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory administrative position.
• Experience generating, analysing and resolving administrative and stock-related reports.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.

Required skills

• Computer literacy; SAP experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Planning, organising and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
