About the role
Our client, a reputable dealership in Amanzimtoti, is looking for a reliable Administration & Accounting Assistant to support daily finance and office operations. This position is ideal for a junior candidate with a basic background in accounting or administration who can work independently and deliver accurate results.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data capture, and record keeping.
- Provide basic accounting support such as invoicing, reconciliations, and other finance‑related tasks.
- Assist with day‑to‑day dealership administration requirements.
Required profile
- A financial or administration qualification (certificate or diploma).
- Some exposure to accounting or administrative functions.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Amanzimtoti.
Required skills
What we offer
- Permanent contract.
- Salary range R7,500 – R9,000 per month, dependent on experience.
- On‑site work in Amanzimtoti with immediate start date.
