Admin Controller - Systems (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an Admin Controller – Systems to manage the BestTime workforce management system on a night‑shift schedule. The role ensures user access is correctly administered, system data remains accurate and reporting meets business needs.

Key responsibilities

• User Administration & Access Management – create, modify and deactivate user profiles, assign roles and permissions, conduct regular access audits and support onboarding, transfers and exits.
• System Management & Governance – maintain organisational structures, reporting lines, cost centres and locations within BestTime, ensure compliance with company policies and flag system risks.
• Reporting & Data Analysis – generate standard and ad‑hoc reports on attendance, overtime, leave and workforce utilisation, validate data accuracy and develop dashboards for decision‑making.
• User Support & Training – act as first‑line contact for system queries, resolve login and navigation issues and provide basic training to users.

Required profile

• Strong attention to data integrity and governance.
• Experience supporting users and conducting access audits.
• Ability to produce accurate reports and analyse workforce data.
• Comfort working night‑shift hours within a warehouse environment.
