Admin Controller

About the role

The Admin Controller will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and governance of the BestTime workforce management system. This role ensures that user access is correctly managed, data integrity is upheld and reporting meets business needs across our warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify and deactivate BestTime user profiles in line with approved requests.
• Assign roles, permissions and access rights based on job functions and segregation of duties.
• Conduct regular user access audits and remove inactive or unauthorized accounts.
• Maintain organisational structures, reporting lines, cost centres and locations within the system.
• Generate standard and ad‑hoc reports on attendance, absenteeism, overtime, scheduling, leave and workforce utilisation.
• Validate report accuracy, investigate discrepancies and provide insights to management.
• Provide first‑line support for system queries, login issues and basic navigation.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades and process changes while ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Experience managing user access and permissions in a workforce management or HRIS platform.
• Ability to produce accurate reports and analyse workforce data.
• Good communication skills for supporting end‑users and collaborating with HR, payroll and operations teams.
