Adjudication Litigation Internship

About the role
This internship offers hands‑on exposure to adjudication litigation within a corporate legal environment. You will support the legal team in assessing case merits, drafting memoranda, and negotiating settlements while gaining insight into South African company law.
Key responsibilities
- Perform administrative functions related to litigation cases.
- Apply the company’s legal principles and the Companies Act to real matters.
- Assess merits and quantum of claims.
- Draft memoranda, obtain mandates, and load offers into the system.
- Assist in negotiating settlements and managing legal costs.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Unemployed and no prior experience or internship in the same field.
- Willingness to undergo security vetting.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly basic salary ranging from R10 000 to R17 000 (negotiable).
- Practical exposure to litigation processes and legal drafting.
- Opportunity to work onsite in Centurion, Gauteng.
