Account Manager – Remote (EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own the owner experience throughout the leasing process. You will act as the main point of contact, delivering a white‑glove service while ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for owners during the leasing workflow, providing proactive updates and a premium client experience.
• Drive execution by confirming readiness, gathering missing information, coordinating next steps, and preventing delays.
• Manage time‑sensitive items with urgency, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure proper tracking in the CRM.
• Maintain clean CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow‑ups, and stage movements.
• Escalate issues early and protect client satisfaction through sound judgment.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of account management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously with consistent follow‑up.
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling client issues.
• High process discipline and comfort working in a structured CRM workflow.
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritize quickly in a high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
