Account Manager

About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager who will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will identify client needs, ensure product adoption, and help customers achieve their business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to drive customer success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Visit client sites to uncover growth opportunities within our platform.
- Produce regular reports on account health and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or a similar client‑facing role.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
