Account Manager – Channel & Alliance Partner (SaaS)

About the role

Our client in Centurion is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow their Channel/Alliance partner ecosystem for SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while managing the full lifecycle of alliance accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed business targets by recruiting, motivating and managing Alliance partners.
• Identify new growth opportunities within the Alliance structure and drive partners to sell additional solutions.
• Ensure sales representatives within the Alliance are fully trained on the solution portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all Alliance stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and address concerns.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows to promote products and services.

Required profile

• Matriculation and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven sales success with at least 5 years of experience in a similar account management role.
• Experience in the fleet management or vehicle tracking industry is essential.
