Account Manager – Caribbean

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our international business operating across the Caribbean. This permanent, onsite position offers the opportunity to manage a high‑volume portfolio of business customers, develop existing accounts and uncover new commercial opportunities in a fast‑paced, relationship‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts throughout the Caribbean region.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for mobile, connectivity, voice and data services.
• Generate new business and support customer acquisition initiatives.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Achieve revenue and growth targets set for the region.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial solutions for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Represent the company within the local community and networking events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Telecommunications industry experience is essential.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, target‑driven environment.
