Account Executive – Retail

About the role

Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team is looking for a results‑driven Account Executive focused on the retail sector. You will partner with strategic customers to drive digital transformation, leveraging AI, Copilot and security solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for both Microsoft and the client.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans that meet Microsoft revenue targets and customer transformation goals.
• Engage senior customer stakeholders to promote mutually beneficial digital strategies.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional Microsoft teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the retail industry, driving net new revenue and market share.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring timely response to requests and issues.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in retail, digital transformation, consulting or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Strong customer‑obsession and ability to build deep, trusted relationships.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external partners.
