About the role

As an Account Executive at Netsurit you will own a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and commercial driver. The role blends service excellence, relationship leadership and growth enablement, supporting clients to focus on their core business while you ensure seamless IT operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee service delivery to meet SLAs, conduct operational reviews and manage vendor coordination.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for executive stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving engagement.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, develop proposals and maintain accurate forecasts in CRM.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, lead workshops and shape client technology roadmaps.
  • Manage contract renewals, ensure profitability and optimise IT spend in collaboration with clients.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align Netsurit services with client business goals.

Required profile

  • Junior: minimum 3 years in IT services, consulting or managed services.
  • Senior: 5–10 years in similar environments.
  • Background in outsourcing, service delivery or client‑facing technology roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial and contract management.
