Account Developer

About the role

The Account Developer will join the Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa sales team, managing a defined territory and driving growth of Coca‑Cola ready‑to‑drink brands. This position offers a clear career path toward senior sales leadership, combining hands‑on customer interaction with structured learning and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a sales territory, identifying new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Execute frontline sales activities, including product presentations, order taking and merchandising.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust tactics and maximise volume.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, logistics and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Report on sales performance, forecast demand and contribute to business reviews.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sales and customer development within the beverage sector.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
