About the role
Work Mosadi Solutions is looking for an entrepreneurial 360 Recruitment Consultant to drive its IT recruitment business. This commission‑only position offers uncapped earnings and the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business and nurture strong client relationships.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from prospecting to placement.
- Source, screen, and interview IT professionals.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates throughout the process.
- Negotiate offers and close placements successfully.
- Build and sustain a robust talent pipeline.
- Meet agreed placement and revenue targets.
Required profile
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably 360 recruitment.
- Strong sales, business development, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own desk.
- IT recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
