About the role

Growthpoint, South Africa's largest JSE-listed REIT owning and managing a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties, is recruiting 2027 IT graduates for its graduate programme based in Sandton, Johannesburg. The 12-month experience offers real responsibilities, impactful projects and continuous learning, with exposure to different teams and operations in off-site locations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply academic knowledge in real-world settings and collaborate with industry leaders on long-term projects
• Solve real problems and drive continuous innovation across the business
• Craft reports, briefings, articles and presentations that influence and inspire
• Monitor progress and review action plans to support strategic implementation
• Deliver business reports tailored to different audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project groups and stakeholders internally and externally
• Take ownership of your own development with support from mentors and peers

Required profile

• BCom in Information Systems or BSc in Information Technology
• Analytical mind with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Deadline-driven, with good organisation, attention to detail and presentation skills
• Willingness to work after hours or on weekends when required

Required skills

• Confidence with digital tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and presentation skills
