Zoho Systems Administrator

About the role

The Zoho Systems Administrator will manage the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Zoho ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance and supporting solution delivery across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform business‑as‑usual configurations in Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Analytics), including layouts, fields, workflows and automation.
• Maintain system integrity through regular audits, updates, housekeeping and security permission management.
• Provide second‑line user support, communicate changes and assist with configuration‑related queries.
• Collaborate on Zoho projects, contribute to solution design, support UAT, deployments and post‑implementation activities.
• Monitor system performance, analyse usage metrics and recommend enhancements.
• Stay current with Zoho product updates, new features and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Diploma in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or relevant IT certifications.
• 2–4 years of experience in system administration or configuration roles.
• Experience with Zoho or comparable CRM/low‑code platforms; experience in financial services or employee benefits is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Analytics) or similar platforms (Microsoft Power, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Workflow automation and scripting experience, including Deluge.
• System integration knowledge.
