Join The Foschini Group’s YES Youth Opportunity in the Free State and gain a life‑changing first working experience in an exciting retail environment. This 12‑month fixed‑term position is designed for young South Africans aged 18‑28 who are ready to start their career in retail.

Key responsibilities

• Work in a dynamic retail setting, interacting with customers and supporting store operations.

Required profile

• Aged between 18 and 28 years.
• Matric qualification (preferable).
• Available for a fixed‑term 12‑month contract.
• Not employed permanently with a single employer for more than one year.
• Not studying full‑time during the employment year (April 26 – March 27).
• Not previously participated in the YES programme.
• Accommodation and transportation to be arranged at the applicant’s own expense, if applicable.
• Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act.
