About the role
The Workshop Manager will lead the effective control and management of the workshop to deliver sustainable, profitable services to all OVK Group clients.
Key responsibilities
- Personnel management, including daily staff meetings.
- Financial management and administration control.
- Growth of market share and asset maintenance.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- 4‑5 years experience as a workshop manager in a motor environment.
- Qualified diesel mechanic with a valid driver’s licence.
- Knowledge of Toyota workshop processes (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Diagnostic skill for vehicle issues.
- Qualified diesel mechanic expertise.
