About the role
Senwes Equipment is seeking a Workshop Foreman to lead its workshop operations, ensuring effective technical and administrative management within its Lichtenburg facility.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise technicians and ensure quality workmanship.
- Provide technical support for agricultural equipment and machinery.
- Assist with workshop productivity and customer service.
- Support staff development and mentorship.
- Maintain workshop standards and coordinate technical activities.
- Help resolve conflicts and manage time effectively.
Required profile
- National Senior Certificate.
- Qualified Tractor Technician.
- Minimum 2 years of agri‑mechanical experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time‑management and conflict‑management abilities.
- Ability to mentor and supervise workshop staff.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery.
- Experience with John Deere systems.
- Experience with JCB equipment.
- Computer literacy.
