Join a team responsible for designing, implementing and supporting the technologies that power the employee experience across a large enterprise environment. As a Workplace Technology Engineer you will shape how people interact with technology, drive automation and continuous improvement, and contribute to innovative workplace solutions that enhance productivity and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain workplace technology solutions.
• Support and optimise enterprise endpoint management environments.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and end‑user computing issues.
• Implement infrastructure changes and enhancements using a risk‑based approach.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using scripting and modern tooling.
• Contribute to AI‑assisted engineering and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Engage with technology vendors and service providers to evaluate, implement and support solutions.
• Maintain compliance, security and operational standards across workplace technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification with relevant IT certification or qualification.
• 3+ years experience supporting and implementing end‑user computing technologies in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms and enterprise device ecosystems.
• Exposure to change‑controlled, production enterprise environments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Endpoint Management technologies such as SCCM, Endpoint Configuration Manager and JAMF.
• Scripting with PowerShell, Python and JavaScript.
• Microsoft 365 services and related cloud technologies.
• Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
• AI‑based solutioning and automation tools.
