Workday Administrator / Developer – Remote Contract (12 months)

About the role

The company is seeking a Workday Administrator / Developer to join on a 12‑month contract. This remote position works EST hours and will be responsible for administering, configuring, and enhancing the Workday platform to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the Workday environment.
• Configure and develop Workday solutions, including integrations, reports, and business processes.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations, reports, and business processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and release management activities.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders across multiple teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Workday administration and development experience.
• Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday modules and business processes.
• Strong understanding of Workday reporting, integrations, security, and system configuration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, dedicated role.
• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
