White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. The role focuses on recruiting lawyers and managing high‑value placements ranging from $25k to $100k. You will work UK and partial USA hours, delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to engage potential candidates.
• Spend around 5 hours each day on research and outreach activities to build a pipeline of legal professionals.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training sessions and internal meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours covering partial USA business hours.
• Willingness to align with UK working hours (10 am‑8:15 pm UK time).

What we offer

• Competitive base salary of 35,000‑40,000 ZAR per month.
