About the role

We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to source and place lawyers for high‑value deals. The role is remote, operating on UK business hours (10 am‑8:15 pm) and requires covering partial USA hours.

Key responsibilities

Conduct approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily.
Perform 5 hours of research and candidate outreach each day.
Participate in 1 hour of training and internal meetings.
Recruit lawyers for placements ranging from $25 k to $100 k.
Maintain and leverage a premium dataset of legal professionals.
Collaborate with senior billers handling $500 k‑$1 m accounts.

Required profile

High level of drive and self‑motivation.
Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
Willingness to work long hours covering UK and partial US time zones.

Required skills

What we offer

Base salary of 35 k‑40 k ZAR per month.
10 % commission on placements between $25 k and $100 k.
Daily training and access to a top‑tier lawyer dataset.
Fully remote work arrangement.
