About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on sourcing and placing senior legal professionals, working alongside top billers and leveraging a world‑class lawyer dataset.

Key responsibilities

Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone calls daily to engage candidates and clients.
Conduct 5 hours of research and outreach each day to identify high‑quality lawyer prospects.
Participate in 1 hour of daily training, meetings, and coaching sessions.
Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.
Manage a pipeline of deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.

Required profile

High level of drive and self‑motivation.
Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA business hours.

Required skills

What we offer

Base salary of 35,000‑40,000 ZAR per month.
10% commission on placements between $25k and $100k.
Daily training and development.
