White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

Join Legal Revolution South Africa as a White Collar Recruitment Consultant working remotely. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value engagements, supporting a fast‑growing legal recruitment practice that operates on UK hours with partial USA coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to potential candidates and clients.
• Conduct 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build and maintain a premium lawyer database.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training, meetings, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a weekly workload of 47.5 hours, aligning with UK business hours (10 AM‑8:15 PM UK time).

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of 35,000‑40,000 ZAR per month.
