White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on recruiting lawyers for high‑value placements, working UK business hours while earning a base salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone calls per day to engage candidates.
• Conduct 5 hours of research and outreach daily to build a pipeline of legal professionals.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training sessions and internal meetings.
• Manage and close deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.

Required skills
