White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value deals ranging from $25k to $100k, working UK business hours while supporting a fast‑growing legal talent network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to engage potential candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a robust pipeline of legal professionals.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training sessions and internal meetings.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m accounts.
• Maintain and leverage a world‑class dataset of lawyers.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Willingness and ability to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.

Required skills

• Base salary of ZAR 35,000‑40,000 per month.
