White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Durban)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team, focusing on placing lawyers in high‑value deals. The role is based in Durban but operates on UK business hours, providing a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach and research to identify qualified legal candidates (approximately 5 hours daily).
• Engage prospects on the phone for about 3.75 hours each day to present opportunities.
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings (around 1 hour).
• Manage a pipeline of deals ranging from $25 k to $100 k.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500 k‑$1 m accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours covering partial USA hours.
• Comfortable working remotely and aligning with UK business hours (10:00‑20:15 UK time).
