About the role
We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to work remotely from Cape Town, focusing on high‑value lawyer placements for deals ranging from $25k to $100k.
Key responsibilities
- Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone calls each day to engage potential candidates.
- Conduct about 5 hours of research and outreach daily to source qualified lawyers.
- Participate in 1 hour of training and meetings each day.
- Work 47.5 hours per week covering UK business hours (10 am‑8:15 pm UK) and partial USA hours.
Required profile
- High level of drive and self‑motivation.
- Experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
- Willingness to work long hours, including partial USA coverage.
What we offer
- Base salary of 35,000‑40,000 Rand per month.
- 10 % commission on deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
- Daily training and access to a top‑tier lawyer dataset.
- Opportunity to work alongside billers generating $500k‑$1 million.
