About the role
We are looking for a White Collar Recruitment Consultant to source and place lawyers in high‑value deals while working remotely from Cape Town. The position offers a base salary of 35‑40k Rand per month plus commission on placements ranging from $25k to $100k.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to engage potential candidates.
- Spend 5 hours each day on research and outreach activities.
- Participate in 1 hour of daily training and meetings.
- Recruit lawyers for high‑value transactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
- High level of drive and motivation.
- Ability to work long hours covering partial USA business hours.
What we offer
