White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Cape Town)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team, focusing on placing lawyers in high‑value roles. The position operates on UK business hours (10:00‑20:15) and offers a blend of phone outreach, research, and client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to engage potential candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of legal talent.
• Participate in 1 hour of training and internal meetings to stay updated on market trends.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for lawyer placements ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
• Collaborate with senior billers and leverage a world‑class lawyer dataset.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours covering partial US hours.
• Comfortable working remotely and adhering to UK‑based schedules.
