About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value deals, working from home while covering UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to engage potential candidates.
Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of legal professionals.
Participate in 1 hour of training and meetings to stay updated on best practices.
Manage a portfolio of deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m accounts.

Required profile

High level of drive and self‑motivation.
Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA and UK time zones.

Base salary of 35,000‑40,000 ZAR per month.
10% commission on placements between $25k and $100k.
