About the role

A leading automotive organisation is looking for an experienced Warranty Parts & Finance Controller to manage warranty claims, parts transactions and related financial activities in Kariega. The role ensures accurate processing, reconciliation and reporting of warranty-related finances.

Key responsibilities

• Administer warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements and company policies.
• Verify, process and reconcile warranty transactions promptly.
• Monitor warranty recoveries and allocate finances correctly.
• Liaise with dealerships and internal stakeholders on warranty and parts queries.
• Perform financial reconciliations and produce warranty activity reports.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in warranty claims, parts and financial transactions.
• Assist with month‑end reporting and overall financial administration.

Required profile

• National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Warranty Administration Certificate (essential).
• Previous dealership experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong financial administration and reconciliation abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
