Warm Leads Sales Agent – Gap Cover

About the role

We are looking for a confident, target‑driven Sales Agent to join our team in Durban. You will work with warm leads – customers who have already expressed interest in Gap Cover – and turn those conversations into new policy sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound warm‑lead calls with a focus on closing sales.
• Identify customer needs, address objections and match them with appropriate Gap Cover solutions.
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Record accurate information in the CRM system and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Contribute to a positive, high‑performance team culture.

Required profile

• Matric qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Reliable transport for punctual attendance.
• At least one year of call‑centre sales experience with a proven track record.
• Goal‑oriented, competitive and able to stay calm under pressure.
