Warehouse Administrator (GRA)

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Warehouse Administrator (GRA) to manage incoming and returned stock in its Boksburg facility. The role combines administrative tasks with practical warehouse activities to ensure accurate inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, process and record incoming and returned stock in the designated GRA area.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, create Stock Transfer Orders and support customer return processes using QAD‑AS1.
• Manage proof‑of‑delivery documentation, resolve stock discrepancies and assist with regular inventory counts.
• Perform practical tasks such as product sorting, labeling, de‑stacking, identifying damaged stock and keeping the warehouse clean and safe.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet daily targets and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Comfortable with both administrative duties and hands‑on warehouse work.

Required skills

• Experience with warehouse management or ERP systems, specifically QAD‑AS1.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
