About the role
Join the launch team of an exciting new restaurant in Kroomboom, Cape Town. As a Waitron you will deliver high‑quality dine‑in service, ensure a positive customer experience and help shape the store culture from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers professionally.
- Present menus, explain specials and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and check customer satisfaction during service.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Process payments when required.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams.
Required profile
- Passionate and energetic individuals ready to grow with the brand.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑focus skills.
- Excellent multitasking and conflict‑handling abilities.
- Professional presentation and emotional intelligence.
