About the role

Join the opening team of Tashas' newest café in Fourways and help bring the brand’s celebrated hospitality to life. As a Waiter or Waitress you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, attentive service that creates memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine enthusiasm and guide them through the menu.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring correct delivery to each guest.
• Anticipate guest needs, create thoughtful moments, and handle enquiries or concerns with care.
• Present bills, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Maintain clean, well‑set tables and reset them efficiently for new guests.
• Support daily operational tasks and collaborate with kitchen, bar, and front‑of‑house teams.
• Uphold Tashas’ service standards, grooming, and uniform policies.

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic and passionate about hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in recommending menu items.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
