About the role
Coordinate, monitor and communicate vehicle repair progress to minimise downtime, support vehicle availability and enhance client experience throughout the contract lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on vehicle repairs and update internal systems with progress.
- Inform clients about vehicle status and collection readiness.
- Track repair lead times against OEM and operational standards and escalate delays when required.
- Record and monitor warranties, goodwill opportunities, loan‑vehicle requirements and other downtime‑related information.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in fleet maintenance administration, vehicle repair coordination or downtime management.
- Valid Code 08 driver’s licence and at least Grade 12 education.
- Working knowledge of fleet maintenance processes, service intervals, warranties and repair procedures.
- Experience updating systems, recording job progress and compiling basic reports.
