Various Driver and General Worker Positions

About the role

TRANSNET is seeking candidates for several on‑site positions in Durban, including drivers of different licence classes, general warehouse workers, a forklift operator, a security guard and an operations administrator.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Code 10 or Code 14 vehicles and perform routine inspections and log‑book maintenance.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, assist with deliveries and support stock control.
• Operate a forklift safely to move goods within the facility.
• Monitor premises, enforce safety procedures and report incidents.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reception, invoicing and inventory tracking.

Required profile

• Valid Code 10 driver licence and a PDP for Code 10 driver role.
• Valid Code 14 driver licence (minimum 2 years), PDP and at least 2 years driving experience for Code 14 driver role.
• Minimum age 18, South African ID and medical fitness for general worker.
• Valid forklift licence and relevant operating experience.
• PSIRA registration and prior security experience.
