Used Vehicle Sales Executive

About the role

WeBuyCars is looking for a used vehicle sales executive to join its sales team at its branch in Port Elizabeth (PE/Gqeberha). The ideal candidate is an energetic expert on pre-owned vehicles who delivers high-quality customer service to each client looking for the right vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Engage actively with prospective customers and understand their needs.
• Keep up to date with the changing car inventory and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Take clients on test drives, showing the vehicle's features and answering questions.
• Know costs, possible add-ons and pricing structures.
• Work with the F&I department to close deals that satisfy the customer and give the dealership the best return.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12.
• Sales experience is an advantage; previous customer service experience is also mentioned.
• Proven track record with contactable references.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence.

Required skills

• Building rapport with customers and qualifying their requirements.
• Hitting targets and being resilient, ambitious and target driven.
• Negotiation skills and excellent customer service.
• Ability to consolidate the sale and guide the customer through every stage of the deal.
