US Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive US Recruiter to own the full recruiting cycle for technical, sales, and engineering positions serving US‑based clients. You will work remotely while collaborating with hiring managers and candidates across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct phone and video screening interviews to assess fit, compensation expectations, and interest.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide regular pipeline updates to stakeholders and manage candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.
• Support offer preparation, address candidate objections, and track acceptance rates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience for US‑based technical, sales, or engineering roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving, remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to keep stakeholders informed.
