US Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive US Recruiter to own the full recruiting cycle for technical, sales, and engineering positions across our US‑based clients. You will work remotely, manage multiple openings simultaneously, and drive candidate pipelines from sourcing to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct phone and video screening to assess fit, compensation expectations, and interest.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide regular pipeline updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support offer preparation, delivery, and candidate negotiation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience for US‑based technical, sales, or engineering roles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working during US Eastern Time business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar sourcing platforms.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines in an ATS.
• Effective outbound outreach via email, phone, and messaging.
