Universal Advisor

About the role

FNB is hiring a Universal Advisor for its Points of Presence (POP) team in Jacobsdal. The role delivers a positive, compliant customer experience in a high-volume branch setting, helping walk-in and existing customers with banking solutions and guiding them toward digital and self-service channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide helpful, sensitive service and direct customers to the right e-channels and self-service options while following policy and process.
• Sell and cross-sell products that fit customer needs, and educate customers on the right banking platforms.
• Meet sales, service and customer experience targets in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Manage leads, referrals and customer follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with FAIS, FICA, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and internal governance.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4; NQF Level 5 certificate in banking, business administration, customer service or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing, service delivery or client support roles in financial services.
• Not an unrehabilitated insolvent.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF and regulatory compliance, and proven ability to meet targets.
