Truck Fleet Administrator – Pretoria North (R15,500‑R18,500 CTC)

About the role

Join a transport operations team in Klerksoord, Pretoria North to manage accurate and timely load administration and support key operational and invoicing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and capture load documentation such as Proof of Delivery, waybills, trip sheets and delivery notes.
• Enter load details, vehicle registration, driver information and commodity data into the Transport Management System.
• Follow up with subcontractors on missing documents and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
• Prepare documentation packs for the Finance Department and resolve queries to support customer invoicing.
• Liaise daily with Transport Controllers, Fleet Managers, drivers, subcontractors, finance staff and customers.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• 2–3 years administration experience in transport, logistics or fleet operations.
• Experience handling subcontractor load documentation.
• Strong data‑capturing, numerical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and provide after‑hours support when required.
