Training Lead – Contract

About the role

The Training Lead will drive learning projects from concept to delivery within a dynamic Learning and Development environment. Reporting to senior L&D leadership, the incumbent will coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage workstreams, and ensure high‑quality training outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end learning projects, developing project plans and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate stakeholders across initiatives and adjust plans to evolving requirements.
• Design learning strategies and interventions using instructional design best practices.
• Create digital learning assets with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and related tools.
• When specialised in facilitation, oversee large‑scale training rollouts and trainer management.
• Provide leadership across project coordination, instructional design, and delivery as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing learning‑related projects from initiation through delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong expertise in either instructional design & learning development or large‑scale training facilitation.
• Hands‑on experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
