Trainee Branch Manager – Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Gauteng

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Trainee Branch Managers to support the launch and growth of new retail outlets across Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Gauteng. The role offers hands‑on experience in branch operations, customer development and product promotion within the animal feed and veterinary sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the opening and set‑up of new branches.
• Support day‑to‑day store operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Help build and maintain a local customer base for animal feed and veterinary products.
• Participate in stock management, ordering and inventory control.
• Collaborate with senior managers on sales and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business Management (advantageous).
• Strong interest in retail and sales of animal feed or veterinary products.
• Excellent interpersonal and personnel management abilities.
• Own transport and willingness to travel between locations.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Basic stock management.
• Sales and marketing experience.
