Traffic Manager

About the role

Stratitude is an award‑winning full‑service marketing agency that works with corporate and retail clients. As a vital member of the team, you will create project schedules, oversee workflow across creative, digital and campaign teams, delegate tasks, manage logistics and keep account managers updated on progress. The main aim is to optimise internal workflows and ensure high‑quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily agency traffic and coordinate project workflows.
• Organise team tasks, delegate responsibilities and set realistic deadlines.
• Facilitate communication between digital, accounts, campaign management and creative departments.
• Oversee freelance resources and bookings for larger projects.
• Hold daily production and status meetings, adjusting schedules as needed.
• Track resource availability, update stakeholders and report on project status.
• Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements to meet client KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and prioritize jobs to maintain profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of traffic or project management experience in an advertising agency.
• Degree or diploma in a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of integrated agency environments and creative processes.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and people‑management skills.

Required skills

• Office365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Magnetic (project‑management tool) – a plus.
• Familiarity with Everlytic (marketing automation) – a plus.
