Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end close processes in line with accounting standards.
• Prepare detailed monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Review and reconcile internal management reporting.
• Support internal teams with financial queries and period‑end requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
• Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting processes.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues through process improvements.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports for decision‑making.
• Assist with automation initiatives to streamline accounting processes.
• Review journal entries and ensure accurate system processing.

Required profile

• Qualified CA(SA) with 2‑4 years post‑articles experience.
• Strong technical accounting expertise.
• Highly organised, adaptable and detail‑focused.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage expectations.
• Proactive problem‑solver.

Required skills

• ERP experience (SAP advantageous).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
