Tracking Controller – Logistics (Rotating Shifts)

About the role
We are looking for a diligent Tracking Controller to join our logistics team in the Northern Suburbs of South Africa. The role involves real‑time monitoring of company vehicles and loads, ensuring timely deliveries and supporting drivers during emergencies.
Key responsibilities
- Track company vehicles and cargo using the company’s tracking system.
- Verify that loads are delivered according to the schedule and report any deviations.
- Monitor routes and prevent unauthorized detours.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, coordinating medical, police or other assistance as needed.
- Work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a tracking or similar logistics role.
- Background in the transport industry.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and extended hours.
