Vending Machine Operator (with driving experience)

About the role

Velcon Holdings is looking for a reliable Vending Machine Operator to service and stock machines across the Bloemfontein region. The role combines driving, stock management, basic maintenance and customer interaction to keep vending points fully operational.

Key responsibilities

• Load, stock and replenish vending machines with a variety of products.
• Perform routine cleaning, visual inspections and basic mechanical maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and report larger faults for repair.
• Collect cash, reconcile sales and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure machines meet hygiene standards and are fully operational during each visit.
• Provide courteous service to site users and adhere to safety procedures.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record; own vehicle is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; bilingual South African language is a plus.
• Ability to start in August 2026 and work flexible hours, including after‑hours.
• No criminal record and trustworthy handling of company assets.

Required skills

• Basic mechanical knowledge for routine equipment upkeep.
